5. EVR Green and its affiliates may obtain credit reports and other relevant data.
6. You waive any claims against EVR Green and its affiliates related to information sharing or third-party investigations.
7. You are authorized to submit this application on behalf of your business.
8. You consent to receive communications from EVR Green via mail, email, text message, or fax for purposes related to your application or account.
9. This request is strictly for business purposes and not for personal or consumer use.

Equipment Financing Terms

By submitting an equipment financing request, you certify that:

1. All information is accurate and complete.
2. EVR Green is authorized to contact banks, credit providers, and trade references.
3. These references may release information to EVR Green or its funding partners.
4. EVR Green may obtain your personal credit profile for the purposes of processing and servicing the application.
5. You are at least 18 years of age.
6. You acknowledge your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
7. You consent to receive communication as outlined above.
8. This application is for business-related financing only.
